Ensure that your password is sufficiently safe by choosing something that is neither too simple nor too short. Refrain from using first or last names, addresses or other similar personal information. The password should not contain parts of your email address.
A strong password has at least 8 characters, uses a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, and consists of a combination of letters, numbers and at least one symbol, such as *, !, or #. Please avoid using one of your previous or existing passwords.
- Use your current age but in symbols. For example, if you are 47 years of age, hold down the Shift-key on your keyboard and type 47.
- You can also make up a sentence, for example, I want to eat apples from 1997. If you only type the first letter of each word, it would look like this: Iwteaf1997
