If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one on the login page.
- Click or tap on "Forgotten your password?". You will be redirected to a page where you have to enter your registered email address. Then select "Request new password".
- If this has been successful, you should receive the following message on your screen:
- An email will be sent to your registered email address shortly after. The email will contain a link which says "Choose new password". Click/tap on this link. This will redirect you back to the EliteSingles page.
- You will be asked to enter a new password of your choosing, and to re-enter the password once again below. Once you have done so, select "Change password".
- If successful, you will receive the following message:
You should now be able to log into your EliteSingles account with your new password.
The link can only be used once and will be active for 24 hours only. Please ensure that the email address you entered is correct, and that you are on the correct EliteSingles platform.
