To delete your account:
- tap the menu indicated by the three dots (“Settings”)
- tap “My Account”
- tap “Delete Account”
- choose your reason for deleting your account
- submit your registration email and password to confirm the deletion.
If successful, a screen will appear confirming the completed deletion.
Please note that if you purchased a subscription via our main website, and not via iTunes, you will have to cancel the subscription before being able to delete your account. The membership fee for the remainder of your membership cannot be refunded, and the deletion of your profile cannot be reversed.
